I interviewed Bilski farmer couple who sold products using apples and apples. Husband, Gregory Bilski, was very nice and little mischievous, and her wife was a little shy. He, Mr. Gregory, answered the interview because there was a steady stream of visitors. He said he runs a farm near Niagara, mainly produces apples, and grows a variety of farm products in seasons other than the harvest season. His life as a farmer is about thirty years old. Thirty years ago, he began to run an orchard when he immigrated to Canada (the Niagara region). Mr. and Mrs. Bilski, who had nothing to do specially when they immigrated to Canada, began their orchard on the recommendation of his sister who already lived in Canada first. There were many difficulties when he first ran the orchard, but now he has more knowledge of apples than anyone else, and has become a farmer who produces a variety of apples.

He told me that he was using some
sustainable method, When growing apple trees and vegetables. The first method is to produce a variety of
products using apples. They said 10 to 20 percent of apples were unsuitable for
sale to the customers after harvest because they did not use pesticides. So,
they are producing and selling apple juice, apple cider vinegar and apple jam
using leftover apples. They use the fermented animal feces instead of fertilizer. He said that in
addition to vegetables and fruits, some animals are raised in a small fence on
one side of the orchard, and the animal excrement that comes out of it is
fermented and used on apple trees
When I asked him what philosophy you had in farming, he told me that it was his philosophy to produce delicious and healthy ingredients. His short reply was a wonderful remark that was baffled at first but not necessary in other words.
Q. Do you have any website?
A. He was running a farm's website until only a few years
ago, but it was closed now because he was too old to manage it anymore.
In particular, the products there were formed at a slightly higher price point than the general market. It was sensitive quesition about price, but Mr. Bilski explained kindly. Most of the vegetables and fruits here are harvested from farms run by individuals, grown environmentally friendly, and harvested by hand instead of machines, so there are not many wounds to the items.
It didn't come out of the picture, but my friends and I bought some ingredients and made some dishes. Although we paid about 1.5 to 2 times the price compared with the general market, the quality was excellent because farmers sold them themselves. I also bought Mr. Vilsky's apple and tried it. It tasted great. The flesh was also bigger, moisturized and crispy compared with ordinary marts.
St. Lawrence Farmer Market was a really good experience. I first noticed that there was a Farmer's Market among many visits to Lawrence Market. It was smaller than I thought, but there were a variety of products and a lot of consumers visited the place in comparison to its small size. Especially there were many young farmers, and they were also amazed by their passion. Young farmers explained in detail if customers had any questions and talked to them naturally. finaly, I hope that will open many farmers market. It is a good system to each other because many farmers bring good products and sell to consumers, and customers can buy reliable products
