  • What is a Lacto - Ovo vegetarian ?
  An ovo-lacto vegetarian or lacto-ovo vegetarian is a vegetarian who consumes some animal products, such as eggs and dairy. Unlike pescatarians, they do not consume fish or other seafood. A typical ovo-lacto vegetarian diet includes fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds, herbs, roots, fungi, milk, cheese, yogurt, kefir, and eggs.


  • What is the object of this assignment?
  There are various types of allergies and disease in the world, and there are proper diets . We choose one of the diverse diets that we learned in class, and following the diet for two days and experiencing.

  • The reason why I chose this diet? 
 
The reason why I chose Lacto - Ovo Vegetarian, not ordinary Vegetarian or Vegan. Unlike them, Lacto - Ovo Vegetarian thought that a single meal would allow him to eat enough calories and protein. Other diets can feel hunger faster, while eating meals that contain dairy products and eggs can make you feel less hungry.

  • Changes after starting diet
  My original diet was that usally eat meat 1 ~ 2 meals a day,  and eat dinner late night. I often had  trims and nausea after meals. After starting the diet, I didn't feel  any changes on the first day, but could feel comfortable inside from the second morning.

  • Do you want to countinue the diet?
  I am not sure but I am great positive about a Lacto - Ovo vegetarian diet. I can feel various changes in a few days and my body was changed certainly. I will try to decrease eating meat and increase consuming vegetables and fruits. I know it is the easest way to change my body to healthy.

  • Recommendation
  If you are a vegetarian, and you look for special food, I would recommend Korean bibimbap. Bibimbap is a traditional Korean dish that mixes white rice with various Namul(vegatable) and mixes with sauce such as soy sauce and Go-chu-jang. Bibimbap contains a variety of vitamins, as well as fiber-based carbon compounds, making it a perfect meal for vegetarian looking for a special meal.
